Today I took my son for his biannual six month dental check-up, and everything was fine. No cavities just a few baby teeth holding on and he has some tartar build up at the gum lines because he doesn't brush hard enough. It's hard to get a 13 yr old to brush and take oral health care seriously, but I scare him by telling him if he doesn't take of them then he will end up with false teeth. Now that I got the dentist out of the way, its on to the orthodontic to see if he needs braces. Like I say a mother's duties are never done.
