I Don't Have A Niche

I haven't written on my blog in the last four years, because I felt uninspired to write plus I also procrastinate alot. But mostly I just felt uninspired and confused about what to write, because I don't have a niche. I  see all these blogs dealing with traveling, fashion, food, politics, parenting and other issues, and it just overwhelms me til I'm discouraged about my writing.  Do I really need to have a niche to write a blog or even start a website? Why can't I just write a blog about what I know and what I know is me. So I guess my niche for my blog is about writing about my life and the experiences that have shaped me into the woman/person I am today.
